Bronze Award

The Woodland Explorer Award has been developed by Explore the Great Outdoors an award winning outdoor education company delivering Bushcraft and Green Woodworking Courses.
This is the next step on from Forest School.
We feel our Woodland Explorers Award program offers young people the opportunity to learn new skills in a safe environment. The program has been divided into 12 elements, which comprise of 3 different skill levels with approximately 150 learning outcomes.
Each day we will explore 4 different skills as we work our way through the program. All the sessions are skills based, practical hands-on activities.
The learners will be working their way through the award at their own speed and will be encouraged every step of the way.
